Steps to try if VPN AnyConnect fails

You will need to uninstall the existing client.

Go to Applications Folder, then open the Cisco folder and run "Uninstall AnyConnect"

Download the new version by starting a new browser session and go to https://vpn.rider.edu

Login with your RIDER KEY username and password, then wait for the java detection to fail. At that point, you will be prompted to download the latest version of AnyConnect. Note also that you will be prompted with a message stating that the certificate included expired. Just select continue anyway.
