What should I do if the EasyPrint software does not print?

You must be logged into the Rider network to install the drivers and to print.

Windows Computers

If the software has already been installed, try to uninstall and then reinstall the software by visiting the EasyPrint software page. If the problem persists, please visit a Help Desk walk-in location or submit a ticket to the Help Desk with your information and a contact number to follow up on the problem.

Apple Computers

If you have installed Easyprint and it's not printing that's because you are not done with the install. Easyprint installation on MAC requires an additional print driver to be installed. Run Software updates on your Mac at which point it will want to install an HP Printer driver. Proceed with the software update, and reboot the Mac when it is complete. Try to print to Easyprint now.
