Gmail is an efficient way of managing e-mails that are grouped together under the same topic. It boasts a powerful search feature allowing users to search down to the most granular level. Because Gmail is also fully integrated with Google Calendar, you will be able to accept meetings directly from an e-mail invitation, rather than having to switch to the calendar application.

Google Calendar is a free, online calendar that supports individual and group scheduling, allows you to keep track of meetings, check the availability of guests, manage contacts and tasks, create multiple calendars and share. It’s also completely integrated with Gmail and other popular calendar applications.

Also known as the “Contact manager,” Contacts is similar to an online address book and is primarily accessed through the Apps menu. It gives you easy access to the people you need to reach. You’ll be able to import contacts from your other e-mail client and create groups.
