How do I report that the Phone system is not working?

if you are not receiving dial tone and are not able to receive nor make phone calls, please visit the Help Desk page to submit a ticket.

When entering the ticket please review the following before submitting it:

  1. Please note if it is Lawrenceville or Princeton Campus.
  2. Please note if it is the voicemail or the phone system.
  3. Please note if it is only inter-campus calling (meaning can you not call people within the university premises).
  4. Please note the building.
  5. Please provide an alternate phone number for contact.

A ticket will be assigned to the Manager of Voice for a solution. If you have any questions, please email helpdesk@rider.edu
