You may also choose to visit the HelpDesk to submit a ticket. Please note that the passwords will only be reset to default during business hours.

When submitting the request, please make note of the following:

  1. Include the extension of your phone that needs the password defaulted.
  2. Include an alternative number so that you can be informed upon resolution
