What should I do if my phone does not have a dial tone?

Please check the following 

  • Check if the phone cable is plugged into the correct jack. Sometimes the cable can be loose from the wall jack or just unplugged from the jack.
  • Check if the cable is plugged properly into the phone
  • Check if the handset cable is plugged in properly

If there is still no dial tone, please call the HelpDesk at (609)219-3000 to report the problem or visit the Help Desk to Submit a Request online and a technician will be sent to repair it.
