What should I do if my Rider University cell phone is lost/broken?

If you have lost a cell phone provided to you by Rider University, please call the HelpDesk and speak to a HelpDesk representative about it. Please provide the cell number of the phone lost/broken to the representative.

You can also submit a ticket to the HelpDesk mentioning the cell phone of the lost/broken cell phone and it will be assigned to our Voice department for further support.
